The 25-storey modern tower has been designed by renowned architect Roderick Lahey and is the bookend to SoHo Champagne I, a 20-storey tower featuring a curved elevation facing Hickory Street. The tower features punch windows with champagne aluminum frames, low "E" blue grey tinted glass, and black brick.

The entrance to both towers is off Champagne Avenue South through a two-storey grand vestibule and lobby with floors and walls clad in Calacatta imported marble.

The iconic SoHo pink bear sculpture is located in the landscaped entrance, designed by NAK, widely recognized as one of North America’s leading landscape architecture and urban design practices.
