Yes, on-site, secure reserved underground parking for residents is available.

SoHo Champagne II has a limited number of EV parking spaces that are available for residents and guests. There is also EV charging available for guests of residents to use.

Yes, there are storage lockers available for SoHo Champagne II residents. (Based on availability at additional cost.)

SoHo Champagne II has an on-site secure bicycle racks/storage (at additional cost) with direct outside ground access to the pedestrian/bike path.
